Welcome!

Did you know all children are musical?
Have you ever wondered what you can do to nurture the musical growth
of your child, regardless of your own musical ability?

Experience Music Together and find out how important--and how fun--your role can be!
Each class includes songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play.
These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical
experiences--developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents
and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability.

Our Music Together classes build on your child's natural enthusiasm for music
and movement. We'll help you provide your child with the basic musical skills
needed to enjoy school and social musical activities, and to study an instrument
should he or she choose to do so.

Music is the one art we all have inside. We may not be able to play

an instrument, but we can sing along or clap or tap our feet.

Have you ever seen a baby bouncing up and down in the crib

in time to some music? When you think of it, some of that baby's

first messages from his or her parents may have been lullabies, or at

least the music of their speaking voices. All of us have had the

experience of hearing a tune from childhood and having that

melody evoke a memory or a feeling.

The music we hear early on tends to stay with us all our lives.

Fall Meeting Dates: Semester starts Wednesday September, 22, 2010 for 10 weeks

Wednesday class runs starts and ends on these dates

September 22 - December 1 ( NO CLASS November 24 )

Thursday class runs starts and ends on these dates

September 23 - December 2 ( NO CLASS November 25 )

Friday class runs starts and ends on these dates

September 24 - December 3 (NO CLASS November 26 )

Saturday class runs starts and ends on these dates

September 25 - December 4 (NO CLASS November 27 )

Tentative Schedule for the Winter, Spring and Summer Semesters. These dates are subject to change and will be updated accordingly:

Winter 2011: January 3 - March 12

Spring 2011: April 4 - June 11

Summer 2011: June 27 - August 8 (NO CLASS July 4)

Demonstration Classes: Free demonstration classes, available by reservation only. You are always welcome to call or email the office to set up a free trial class during the semester.

Please note that during the regular semester's one free trial classes are allowed, if space allows. Please call the office to make a reservation.
